Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

I came here because my car was driving weird, like losing power, and that’s all I knew. Turns out… my battery had corroded to pretty much nothing, including the terminals. They were so friendly and fast and had me out of there in 30 minutes and my car drives normal again! It’s so good too because a lot of people will try to rip you off but they were very honest and didn’t try to get a dime out of me that wasn’t absolutely necessary. Thanks again! My experience with West Houston Auto Repair was superb and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guy name Don especially knew his business about automobile repairs. He sold me on using the repair shop. Also Octavio the shuttle driver was very courteous and a great driver.

Excellent customer service throughout. I had some repairs that had been put off and they got me in when I called this morning and were even willing to take me back to work. They have an efficient system that allowed me to see in writing and in real time what repairs they recommended and the cost. For the repairs I didn’t want to take care of today it was easy as checking decline and the repairs requested were completed without a hard sell on anything I passed on. It’s been a while since I’ve had that positive of an experience getting repairs done.
