Once again West Houston Auto Repair proves they are above the rest. I had a noise while riding the car that ir was getting lauder. Took the car to the dealer and two times and in both visits they said there was nothing wrong with the car and was more likely the tires. West Houston quickly identified and showed me the problem and how a mechanic has to ride the car to experience the ride and hear the noises. Great job again !!

The staff was courteous, and knowledgeable.

They were very effective and listened to my issues. Resolved what I needed at the time. Also, quoted me additional maintenance that I need done per request. I trust them so far to take my car back there for maintenance . Thank you.

Drivers Auto was trash!!! Service Street took over and what a night and day difference. They honored my free oil change from Drivers AND honored their warranty on some services I got done with them as well. The new management team is a breath of fresh air. I will definitely return here for future auto repairs. Keep up the the amazing customer experience!!!!!!

I was able to get my oil changed and truck inspected in one visit. The employees were polite and friendly and the wait wasn't long at all.
