I was extremely impressed with West Houston. My daughter referred me when I came to Houston and my air was not working. And they checked it out immediately and I needed a thermostat. And I was desperate to get home for a Dr. Appt and they went out of their way to get my air fixed where I was able to go home that day. 😇❤
