West Houston Auto Repair did a great job today servicing my vehicle. I have known and done business with Steve since the 1990s. I am so glad that he has his own shop again! The waiting area is spacious and clean. As always, Steve’s bathroom is clean. He greeted me with his warm smile and introduced me to Eric. They asked simple questions and reminded me of things i hadn’t paid attention to but that I needed: an oil change and inspection. They analyzed my brakes, called me within an hour with all the details, and talked with me about all the options. I asked about the pricing for the upgraded brake pads, which Eric explained very well to me. I dropped the vehicle off late in the morning and had it available for pickup by 5:30 the same day! Their guys in the bay were working hard on the vehicles and seemed glad to be there. Overall, I would highly recommend the “long drive” out to Hwy 6 and Briar Forest. It’s actually a quick trip. I got there so fast that I actually drove past their shop the first time and had to turn around! Living near 610 and I-10, I am glad to go somewhere for fair, honest, and excellent same-day service. I can’t wait to take our other cars out there and have them enter us into their system. I heard that their coupons come out regularly and are great deals! FIVE STARS to the W.H.A.R. team!

Eric and Steve are great to work with, very professional and honest. They will get your car fixed right the first time. They schedule you quickly, and get the work done fast. They even send you a digital report of your car so you can actually see what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend!

After being told I was going to need a new transmission from another shop I decided to shop around. All pro was the first to reach out to me with a better quote than the previous shop. They towed my car to their shop and immediately got working on figuring out what my diagnosis was. To my extreme surprise it turned out my transmission was fine, my engine was having troubles and wasn’t displaying codes. From a 3500$ fix down to a measly 1800$ ! They even had a VW tech look it over to make sure the diagnosis was correct! I am an anxious person by nature and the fact that I could communicate with their shop via email or text was a life saver for me. I decided it was time for a transmission fluid change and called the dealer ship because I also needed some recalls performed. I still reached out to all pro and they were quick to help me out! Even though they aren’t doing my recalls , I trust their work with my vehicle so much that I’ll just have to see the dealer another day! In all I trust all pro and will be telling all of my loved ones to use them from now on!
