My Highlander broke down while coming home on a Saturday night and I didn’t know what to do so I looked up shops near me and before I knew it the guys at All-Pro had a tow truck come get me. First thing Monday they called and said I needed a few hundred dollars of work to get my car drivable but the full list of repairs needed on my car would cost way more than the car was worth, so they advised me to look for a new car. When I told them my situation and needing to keep my car for another month before I could get a new one, I feel like they really worked with me to get my car back quickly and without breaking the bank. And then when I was looking for a new car, they even helped me out with that as well. These guys are awesome and have definitely earned a customer for life!

INCREDIBLE service! Steve Swanson helped me with a check engine light and was able to clear it. They didn't charge. Thank you All-Pro Transmissions for the great customer care and great service. I would go back and highly recommend going to them.

Top notch customer service, fast turn around on installing a new transmission. Explained everything they were doing, great communication updates and follow up after picking up my car. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was tested and performing perfectly before I picked it up. Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with such an unfortunate situation to be in. Brought my 2002 Grand Prix into them with a variety of issues. After chasing the GM codes and fixing those, they tested the ECU and realized the wiring harness was chewed up by mice. They fixed the harness and it runs like a charm. The owner was straight up and communicated with me on a regular basis on what was going on. Go to these guys, honest shops like this in Houston are a rarity.

All-Pro makes their customers a priority! My fiancé’s truck broke down on Saturday and he needed it first thing Tuesday morning for work; with his job, this was a requirement. Since they were closed on Sunday, we contacted them first thing Monday, told them his urgency, and they were able to have the truck fixed in a matter of hours!
