Good prices, friendly and clean, but were very slow. From the time they put the car on the lift until they were finished, was an 1hr 12 minutes! For an oil and wiper change. I was told they didn't have the correct filter size and had to get it delivered. I wasn't told until I complained about the delay. They gave me a few dollars off to compensate me and the work otherwise seems to have been done properly. Time will tell. I'll probably return but only if they confirm they have all the parts in advance.

This is the first time that I’ve used Service Street repair and I’d like to start by saying my first impression was a great one. They are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and contacting CareMax about my MaxCare extended warranty. Also, the location is extremely convenient. I hope I don’t have any more car troubles, but if I do I’ll definitely come back.

The guys over there did a fantastic job, helping us out with the car. Kudos to the owners in the management that are making it happen for customers. We are extremely satisfied!

Today I had my vehicle inspection preformed and the service was amazing. I was promptly Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was informed of the wait time and offered coffee and water. The whole process may have taken 15-20 tops. I appreciated the professionalism and promptness of customer service.

No no and no Took my car here to check on an oil leak. They were hiding the place it was leaking from with the belly pan half removed, trying to sell me a leak tracing service 😄 Asked for topping up the oil since it had leaked out… did not do it. Then did not put all the belly cover bolts back on even though I insisted it was important. They act like the crooked mechanic shop you don’t want to be involved with these people. After I mentioned my experience at work that is is close by, other colleagues had the same kind of experience….
