Erick was a very professional and same time very relatable and helpful. I am very grateful that he made sure that my car is safe to drive my upcoming long distance trip. I was so happy that everything was taking care of in one day visit with a very reasonable cost. He even got the samples of oils and fluid to explain for the upcoming service requirement as well. I would definitely use West Houston Auto service in the future.

This place is not that bad I usually go get my oil changes from them and they do a good job!! But when they do my multi point inspection they always miss something or don’t give me an accurate report. I called today to ask some questions about my car and the report. The front employee Eric really was no help. You can definitely tell he was vaping where as every question I asked he had to finish inhaling and exhaling not able to comprehend any of my questions. I guess I will just figure it out myself Eric like I had to with my car the last few months.. The technicians do a good job with oil change and pace!!!
