Excellent customer service. Very polite stuff and they made me right away feel they cared. They helped me out without any pressure and gave options about the repair of my car. They would not quote a price for headlight replacement over the phone. I was able to look it up online so I had some idea. The price they gave me when I brought the car in was $250 more than what I ended up paying to another mechanic. So glad I took my keys and left before getting the work done.

My check engine light came on, I took it to West Houston Auto Repair as it's close to my home. I was met with friendly office staff,a diagnostic was done. We discussed the problem, I was to bring in the car but felt unwell. Erik suggested a worker can pick up the car and drop it back off afterward. Exceptional service, very appreciated. Awesome staff!

Called to bring my car in for maintenance. I filed many claims before with my warranty so I already knew some preferences about the process as I’m very familiar . The guy on the phone talked me like I was an idiot asking me “ what do you want me to do for the 12 - 15 customers tell them to hold on for you because you called up here !?!?)? “ which was strikingly rude . Why in the world would I tell a company to do that ? I asked them to make a claim in a timely manner so I could get a rental . I was not rushing them to fix my car faster just a speedy diagnosis and claim report if possible . I did not have a good experience and I will not be taking my car here in the future 😢
