I had a great experience at this auto shop. The team members I spoke to mostly Gene, Eric and Polo were all friendly, professional, and very informative. They did a lot of work on my car back to back and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I had a concern and one of the mechanics who worked on my car “Polo” took me in the garage to show me where in my car the issues were coming from. He also took the time to drive with me for several minutes to hear whatever sound my car was making. Only because I was really worried. He has sadly passed away. He was great at explaining the issues clearly and honestly. I really appreciated his care and expertise. My car finally feels better and I feel relieved.
