Excellent customer service. Very polite stuff and they made me right away feel they cared. They helped me out without any pressure and gave options about the repair of my car. They would not quote a price for headlight replacement over the phone. I was able to look it up online so I had some idea. The price they gave me when I brought the car in was $250 more than what I ended up paying to another mechanic. So glad I took my keys and left before getting the work done.

My check engine light came on, I took it to West Houston Auto Repair as it's close to my home. I was met with friendly office staff,a diagnostic was done. We discussed the problem, I was to bring in the car but felt unwell. Erik suggested a worker can pick up the car and drop it back off afterward. Exceptional service, very appreciated. Awesome staff!

Friendly staff, timely repairs, decent prices, I used an extended warranty the dealership talked me into but super happy I bought. The used car i bought ended up needing a transmission within a 2 month windows and it was covered less my deductible. THANK YOU ERIK and all staff for going beyond and delivering my car to me when repairs were finished. Luv u guys!
