The service here is excellent. I recently visited for the first time and wish I had come sooner. If you do visit, I would highly recommend asking for Erik at the front. He is a wonderful, understanding individual who answers questions promptly and respectfully, showing genuine empathy for your needs and time. He is incredibly down-to-earth and I truly believe he would excel in a ownership role here very knowledgeable!. My A/C needed repair, and they handled the situation efficiently. They answered all my questions thoroughly and also took me to the back to explain what was happening with my car in real time. I really appreciate that part as well. The price was very reasonable. I needed to replace my A/C, and I spent well under my expected amount or compared to other companies. Remember his Name is "Erik". Say Nick the photographer sent you lol.

Great customer service. Helped my vehicle get back to normal. They showed me the issue instead of just randomly diagnosing something to up-charge me. Also covered transportation to and from the shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT HERE!!! I've come here before, but nothing major. The second time was major, and could've been even worse. However, I was greeted by Eric, and some of the other crew members. And they showed me some of best hospitality, BEFORE giving me the rundown video of the diagnostics pertaining to my vehicle. Afterwards, all of my questions and concerns were addressed prior to any work being done. If they noticed anything else. I received a phone call (several) everytime, just keeping me in the know. (Even woke me up out of my sleep one time 😆 but, that was cool too) I picked up my vehicle the next day very satisfied, knowing they did their very BEST💯, because....THAT'S what they do!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SHADETREE HERE! THEY TAKE EXTREMELY GOOD CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BEFORE AND AFTER. My car purrs like a kitten now. Why take chances at a dealership when you have these guys!!! Thanks a lot ❤️❤️❤️

I genuinely like this place. They run diagnostics/the car fax whenever you come in, so even if you go in for an oil change, you'll learn about any other issues that are going on for free. I recommend setting up an appointment if you're in a rush, but they have two separate waiting rooms if you want to bring earbuds and watch something while waiting. Next door is a discount tire and gas station if you want to knock out multiple car stops, and across the street is a gym and several places to eat if you don't want to wait I would recommend them.
