They are not intended to be a standalone loss-leader service for people who choose to have all their real work done elsewhere. You’ve made it clear that you prefer another shop and regularly use them for your major services. That’s completely fine — and they should absolutely continue to handle your oil changes as well. It wouldn’t be fair to our loyal customers, or sustainable for our business, to dedicate appointment slots and technician time to a vehicle that never supports our shop beyond a basic oil change. Our pricing is competitive, and thousands of customers trust us because of the quality and transparency we provide, with all of our repairs backed by a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty on parts and labor that is honored by over 15,000 reputable auto repair facilities in the country.
