Went on a Friday and was told I need to change my alternator and drive belt. One bolt was stuck and they said they’ll need to keep the car another day. Saturday rolls around and they still can’t get the bolt out, I said no worries I’ll go somewhere else. The manager insisted they can get it figured out by Monday and he’ll keep me posted(the shop is closed Sundays). Monday at 3pm rolls around, i hear nothing all day, I go to the shop and they said they took the belt out and can’t get it back in so my car wouldn’t run and they were never able to replace my alternator. I ended up having to call a tow truck myself and have it sent to a different shop. The other shop resolved the issue in a few hours. Save yourself the time and headache and go to an actual auto shop and not a chain shop like this.
