I’ve taken both if my vehicles in for either a snail issue or an oil change and both times they called me with an issue that would cost thousands to repair. And after paying the large amount for the repair , the original issue wasn’t fixed. I will never go back to west Houston auto repair. They are scammers and shady salespeople

We take pictures and videos of everything we see on every vehicle. When customers are waiting in the lobby and there’s a safety or high-priority concern, we’ll often bring them out to the car so they can see it with their own eyes. We then provide a written estimate at no charge, with no obligation to approve any repair. Every customer, every time. All this so that our customers can see the concerns that they have with their vehicles with their own eyes and get a clear, in-depth explanation to what is going on, how, and why. Regarding your concern that you spent “thousands” and your original issue wasn’t fixed: that’s exactly the kind of situation where we want to get involved and make it right. Sometimes, especially with drivability or intermittent issues, there can be more than one problem contributing to the same symptom, or a related issue that only becomes apparent after the first repair. That’s not an excuse — it’s simply the reality of modern vehicles. Either way, if something we repaired didn’t resolve the concern you brought it in for, we want the chance to re-check the vehicle, review the work we performed, and see what went wrong. Been here several times, and they are always very kind and honest about any issues I’ve come in for. They work quickly and work with SNAP finance to allow you to get the work you need to and pay overtime. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 6 or 7 stars, I would! What started as a check engine light on became a transmission replaced in the 2021 Kia Rio I had recently purchased. They kept me informed every step along the way so I could make the best decisions possible. I have the utmost respect for how they communicated with me and made sure that my (many) questions went answered. The work they did was efficient, completing it in one day rather than the weeks I was going to wait for my dealership - and at a lower cost. And I'm glad I was able to support a smaller local business. The entire experience was top notch but I must say that Erick the service advisor deserves an extra shout out for the attention to quality the placed, not only of the car repairs and everything that went into them, but for ensuring an amazing client relationship. Trust is key and he made me feel like I was a partner. I will gladly recommend these guys to anyone, and certainly be back in the future for maintenance and repairs. Thank you - keep up the great work guys!

Unfortunately the staff and manager want to sell you a repair you don't need! I took my car for simple Auto certification and after checking the car, the manager mentioned you have bad oil leak and your seals under neat the car need to be changed and it will cost $1500 !! any way I was very disappointed and took my car some were else and they checked and told me there is no leak!! The owners must check the managers regularly or maybe they don't care!!

We only have records of one vehicle visit matching the details you’ve described. Regarding your concern that we “try to sell repairs that are not needed”: When your vehicle was in our shop for inspection/oil service, our technician noted what was believed to be a significant oil leak and recommended further repair. Our process is to document concerns, explain the potential risks, and provide an estimate — not to pressure anyone into authorizing work. In fact, we take pictures and videos of everything on every single vehicle that comes through our shops, and when customers are waiting in our lobby, we often bring them out to the vehicle if we believe there is a safety concern that needs to be shown in person. We document everything, and there is never any obligation to buy from us. The vast majority of our customers express real appreciation for this, because many either didn’t know there was a problem with their vehicle or no one had ever shown them before — including customers who just had work done at a dealership. You declined the repairs, which is absolutely your right, and no additional services were performed or charged for. Another shop later told you they did not see an active leak at that time. Without inspecting the vehicle again, we can’t speak to exactly what they saw, whether the area had been cleaned, or whether the issue was a seep, residue, or a misinterpretation on our end. What we can say is that there is no incentive in our shop to “make up” repairs. Our advisors and managers do not work under any kind of “quota or fired” policy, and we do not pay bonuses for simply selling high-dollar tickets. Their responsibility is to err on the side of caution when they believe they see something that could become a problem, especially with potential oil leaks. We take accusations of dishonesty seriously because our reputation is built on trust, long-term relationships, and transparent recommendations. Simply giving a brief scroll through our reviews will show you that thousands of customers trust us because of the quality and transparency we provide. If you would like to resolve this constructively, we’re more than willing to re-inspect your vehicle at no charge and review the findings with you in person — including any documentation or notes you received from the other shop.
