I like this place. I haven't ever felt pressured to get work done, and anything that came up was fully explained and shown to me on my actual car. As a non-car person and a woman I am always a little wary when going in for car repairs but the folks here are very nice, not condescending, and I dont feel like they're trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Also the price for work is not bad at all!

Everytime I have gone the customer service has been great! Everybody is very friendly and well knowledgeable. As a woman I dont feel like they are trying to take advantage of that. I also like the way they send detailed pictures and videos of problem issues with the vehicle.

Imagine going to a place to get routine maintenance done and they tell you to no longer come because they can't make more money off of you. The absurdity that I had to get more services to be allowed to do my routine stuff is the most wild, Ludacris, and greedy business practice I've seen done in a long time. I don't want an apology, I want you guys to do better. If your prices aren't competitive enough to beat out your competition then maybe you should be more competitive. I have never seen a greater reason to go to cartime auto. With competitive pricing and an amazing staff it was my mistake not going there more often. Dropped it down to a one-star because that response is so abysmal that I wouldn't have left a response at all if I were you guys.

Oil changes are offered as a convenience for customers who also support our business with their repair and maintenance needs. They are not intended to be a standalone loss-leader service for people who choose to have all their real work done elsewhere. You’ve made it clear that you prefer another shop and regularly use them for your major services. That’s completely fine — and they should absolutely continue to handle your oil changes as well. It wouldn’t be fair to our loyal customers, or sustainable for our business, to dedicate appointment slots and technician time to a vehicle that never supports our shop beyond a basic oil change. Our pricing is competitive, and thousands of customers trust us because of the quality and transparency we provide, with all of our repairs backed by a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty on parts and labor that is honored by over 15,000 reputable auto repair facilities in the country.
