Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

Have used this company mainly for oil changes. I believe they changed ownership/names twice. They were Driver's then Service Street now West Houston Auto repair. I had bought a 5 pack oil change from the last named company and they honored it. I also thought I may need a brake fluid check and they tested it snd said it was fine and did not need testing. They did check other things and did find my battery was starting to fail as was reasonable as it is over 5 years old. All in all I believe from my experience they seem to be a honest place to service your car.

The absolute best car auto repair shop in Houston. I've had so much work done to my Kia Optima in the last month. I have been given an loaner to accommodate me, a mechanic come to my place and give me a jump and great customer service. I trust them and they are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Highly recommended. Life long customer. Very happy.

It was an expensive repair altogether but I feel the team at WH did a professionally job. They did it quickly and I appreciate them bringing my vehicle to me afterward. Thanks everyone ☺️

The manager was very helpful. I needed to change my tire to my spares told me to bring your car and they would help me no problem. Very kind and generous.

EDIT: Within 20 mins or less I received a phone call from the owner himself explaining what happened the day of my service and offered a way to try to make it right. I will allow a second chance, and will edit my review after the next date of service to better reflect my overall combined experience. I will update stars as each interaction is made. Horrible service! Will not be returning! I brought in two vehicles and told them I needed one ready before the other, and they promised me they would take care of that car first. Guess what? They didn’t. They seemed under staffed, took 45 mins to an hour to do ONE oil change, and it was on the car I asked them to do last of the two I brought in. This caused so much unnecessary and un-needed stress. I needed to leave because I had something extremely important to do, and I was so frustrated that I ended up walking out to never return. I’ve still have yet to get my oil changed when I tried to support their business.
