Long story short, I decided to go to another shop instead and paid $250 total for the same repair, labor and parts included. I’m furious and disappointed. As a loyal customer who lives steps away, I feel completely ripped off. This wasn’t just overpriced—it was insulting. You didn’t just lose one job, you lost a long-term customer. I’ll never come back.
