West Houston auto repair is the only place I’ll take my car to any more. I had a problem with shaking on corrugated highways that neither the dealership nor the first repair place I took the car to could explain, but they figured it out the first time they looked at it. Erik is always great about calling and updating me when my car is getting worked on so I’m not blindsided by anything.

Erick was a very professional and same time very relatable and helpful. I am very grateful that he made sure that my car is safe to drive my upcoming long distance trip. I was so happy that everything was taking care of in one day visit with a very reasonable cost. He even got the samples of oils and fluid to explain for the upcoming service requirement as well.
