They made sure I was comfortable while in the waiting area and kept me updated with all the repairs needed for my vehicle. The guys were helpful. If I didn't decide to get a new car I would have allowed them to fix my ac compressor.

The service Eric provided from West Houston Auto repair at Briar forest was incredible. My GMC Terrain was having issues with its air conditioning system. It was a multi pronged complex problem involving the evaporator , condenser and the compressor , he solved the problem through a step by step analysis and addressing the root cause by replacing the malfunctioning component. I highly recommend this workshop for car repairs .

I brought my Lexus in for a BSM (Blind Spot Monitor) sensor diagnosis, and Eric was the one who assisted me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to identify the issue. My vehicle had recently been repaired after a collision covered by the other driver's insurance, and Eric was honest and upfront in explaining that the problem likely stemmed from that incident. His transparency and professionalism were outstanding—exactly what great customer service looks like. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I live right across the street, so this shop is the most convenient option for car inspections and repairs. About six months ago, I had my headlights replaced here. The price was a bit high, but I went ahead because of the convenience. The work was fine. Recently, my car window stopped working, so I went back, trusting they'd be fair. They charged $160 just for a diagnosis—which already felt excessive. Still, I agreed. Thirty minutes later, they quoted me over $900 to fix the window, saying the motor and regulator needed replacement. Even with a “discount” for being a returning customer, it was $800+. They also made it clear they didn’t really want me to bring my own parts—though they’d still charge over $500 in labor alone if I did. A quick search online showed the parts cost between $50–$100. Long story short, I decided to go to another shop instead and paid $250 total for the same repair, labor and parts included. I’m furious and disappointed. As a loyal customer who lives steps away, I feel completely ripped off. This wasn’t just overpriced—it was insulting. You didn’t just lose one job, you lost a long-term customer. I’ll never come back.
