I was very pleased with the service I got. I’m the type of person who asks 100 questions until I can understand a problem/issue and they were very informative. I have a fear of leaving my car at mechanics because of previous scams, but I am so happy I felt confortable enough to trust them. This is the 2nd time I came here and my car is just fine. I will continue coming!

I was so happy to know that you have a new location at Eldridge and Briarforest.. Checked my Nissan for Oil and Filter change with mail coupon 1/2 Off. Great accurate service. Lots of eateries while waiting, car wash nearby, my annual sticker is due in July and getting things checked before then. Will never take my car to dealerships, they overcharge. Great shop! I’ve been coming to west Houston auto repair since i moved to this side of town. This new location being right by my home is convenient. I came for an oil change and my oil was leaking out, they helped me find the problem and fix it.

Another fantastic experience! The team was friendly and professional just like the other two locations. Took my vehicle right in and had it back the next day!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed. Sam provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs following the diagnostics, and although I was unable to afford the costs that day, he offered financing options which I utilized to complete the repairs the following day. Sam also clearly communicated the priority levels of the work required, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by West Houston Auto.

Had my headlamps replaced but they forgot to securely fasten the plastic guard over my drivers side front tire and it was dragging on the road. Before I could get back to their repair shop, it broke off. So theres that.

I came for an inspection, and the customer service was good. They were quick but thorough. I will definitely be returning when it’s time to put my car in the shop.

Took my 2015 Ford Escape in for service. 2 days later, they still couldn't figure out what the problem was. I returned to find my vehicle parked outside. I inquired about the status; instead of telling me the truth! be honest with me and upfront. They started blowing smoke up my ass. I asked for the keys to my vehicle and, at first, they wouldn't give it to me til I threatened to call the police. Long story short. Customers prefer honesty over bullshit. If you can't fix the problem on a vehicle. Tell a customer the truth. Don't lie and make shit up. (Customers aren't stupid)
