I brought in my car because I thought I had an issue with my alternator, so they checked it out and it was only my battery cable that was loose. They tighten the cable and had me on my way.

WHAR was a great help to me. Great customer service. Honest. My check engine light came on. I got a diagnostic done there then took the results to the dealership. They decided to do their own diagnostic and received a different code. They replaced my catalytic converter. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. I took it back to WHAR. They got the same code as the first time. They did a full diagnostic which indicated I needed a new transmission. Sam helped me outa lot with contacting my warranty company to pay for the repairs. It's going on 2 weeks. No check engine light. My car is running smoother. I highly recommend WHAR.
