I took my 2012 F150 cause they had a water leak in the first estimate to replace two water hose with $2200 so I took it to the dealership and the total bill ended up being $880 At the Ford dealership, very dishonest people they told me I had $1000 worth the part when it was actually $200 in parts. Please be careful with these guys.
We appreciate your feedback. Our estimate included more than just hoses—it also covered the thermostat, intake gaskets, and about 4 hours of labor. The dealer’s price is not an apples-to-apples comparison. Additionally, based on your Carfax history, it doesn’t appear that this work was performed at the dealership. We stand by our pricing and transparency, but we’re always open to reviewing the details with you directly.
