This was the best car repair experience I have had in a long time. My Air conditioning broke and the manager was so great told me what was going on and they brought me home and fixed it in 3hrs and very reasonable prices and on a weekend. Plus got a oil change I would highly recommend them.

They were very friendly and kept me up to date on my vehicle also gave me a ride to pick up my car I will definitely recommend them to my co workers and friends thank you very much Sam .

My wife and I were out used car shopping 20 miles from home. Called West Houston Auto because of their reviews to schedule pre purchase inspection. Glad we did, first vehicle had big issues we would have never seen until possibly months later. Bryan and the mechanics did a great job explaining everything visually on the car. Felt so good about it, we brought them another to inspect. This one was great and we purchased it. This gave us great piece of mind. Highly recommend shop.

The guys at west auto always get you in and out quickly. They have a new technology system where they can send you a digital copy of any/all repairs needed. You’ll get a text so you can refer back to those repairs at a later date if needed. Thanks for pitting customers first !

Everything was easy from start to finish. I had the vehicle towed to them, explained my issues and made them aware that I would be utilizing my Extended Warranty Plan and they assured me that they have dealt with several and all would be well. They contacted the company, went through the standard procedure, requested my last 3 oil changes and had me in the service bay as soon as my engine arrived a few days later. A few days past that and I’m back on the road and my truck never drove so well. I felt like Sam was extremely informative over the phone, he was able to answer all my questions and reply to any concerns without issue. I was updated every step of the way and nothing was done without my consent. I was also made aware of potential upcoming issues and given quotes for service, upon request. My experience with West Houston Auto left me feeling like they are honest, work extremely fast, are very thorough and upfront with pricing and everyone that I spoke with and/or encountered was extremely kind.

I've taken my car to them twice in the past few months and they explained the issues and provided reasonable prices. The repairs were completed quickly and with a 3yrs, 36,000 miles warranty. Will come back to them for future repairs.
