Strongly recommend it for any auto repairs. Great customer service, excellent work, honest people, and fair prices. I have been taking my car here for years and they always do a great job. Unlike other repair shops, they actually know how to repair things not just replace parts with new ones. They also try to find a solution for your budget when possible.

Wrong diagnosis done to my vehicle.. they quoted at least $1000 for repairs each time

Same day service on a Saturday, friendly, offer free shuttle and provide honest and good service with pictures before and after.

The guys at this shop are great! Very thorough in finding the issue with mu car and keeping me updated every step of the way. The shop is fair and affordable and Sam and Don will have a permanent customer in me and my family.

I had a great experience here at West Houston Auto Repair. From the initial call, to the great communication from Sam during the process. I towed my car here without ever stepping foot on the premises, only talked to Sam over the phone until I got there to pick up my car and he explained everything in great detail over the phone and in person. He gave me good suggestions and I also love how they print out other things they found that need to be updated/replaced on my car so I’m in the know. Plus the work done on my car comes with a 3 year warranty( I believe it was 3, don’t quote me lol). Anyway, overall great experience. Thank you guys for your work!
