The price was reasonable, but I can't get past the RED FLAG that was raised. They did what they said and what I thought was a complete inspection of my car in which they pointed out other things that I needed done. The red flag was them telling me I needed to change my spark plugs, we'll if you checked them then you would know that they were brand new maybe a week old.. I should have said ok just to see what their next move would have been! So I picked up my car at 6:05 pm i dropped it off around 10:05 am.. they tell me I can do a payment plan, but that didn't work out...$79 every two weeks...no thank you. One of they guys proceeded to tell me how much i had available on my synchrony card..... like who the hell told you to pull up my info. the bill was $1600 so i just paid it all. Oh and kicker is i had two other mechanics tell me that it was not my compressor and that it was an electrical problem or maybe my actuator...so yeah I believe they sold me a compressor and clutch that I probably didn't need.....needless to say im left with one vent blowing cold air and one blowing cool air....but I dont want anymore dealings with them cause next it will be bring it back so they tell me what the real problem is and charge me to fix something else...my next stop will be THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION Fraud department!
