I had a great experience here at West Houston Auto Repair. From the initial call, to the great communication from Sam during the process. I towed my car here without ever stepping foot on the premises, only talked to Sam over the phone until I got there to pick up my car and he explained everything in great detail over the phone and in person. He gave me good suggestions and I also love how they print out other things they found that need to be updated/replaced on my car so I’m in the know. Plus the work done on my car comes with a 3 year warranty( I believe it was 3, don’t quote me lol). Anyway, overall great experience. Thank you guys for your work!

Everyone here is so friendly and explain everything well. They dont pressure you into adding more services which is nice. They complete the job in a timely manner and I will continue going here.

I got control arms put on but my vehicle seems to have a rougher drive than when I brought it in. On a more positive note, the staff was friendly they completed the work in a timely fashion.
