Great place to have your car repairs done. I live close by and this is not only a convenient location, but they provide trustworthy and great service.

I have been bringing my car to this location for some time. It was previously under different ownership, but I stayed once it became West Houston Auto Repair. I like the professionalism and the technician showing me and explaining to me what work will be necessary. I am confident I can trust their judgement and will continue to entrust them with necessary repairs. My car is older and has a lot of issues, but West Houston Auto Repair keeps it going and is saving me from having to purchase a new car with monthly payments. Even though repair costs can be a little steep due to wear and tear, maintaining a paid off older car is still a lot cheaper, than buying a new car. West Houston does a great job.

Gene was awesome throughout my whole process. I was well informed about the condition of my car and provided with options and prices. He even made sure I got to and from the shop while my car was being serviced. I appreciate honest businesses and I am happy that I called WHA.

A year ago I brought in my 2013 Honda civic to help replace a purge valve gasket and a leaking hose. Off the rip 165 $ for a smoke test then to replace the gasket plus the leaking hose the total estimate was over 1k easy but I drove it out it was actually driving really well compared how it was when I brought it in. After two days my car don’t want to turn on. So after the 4th time starting it I took it back they looked at my car and then told me my starter was giving out. So at that im thinking that this is really fishy at this point I’ve never been so ripped off in my life but I don’t know Any mechanics in the Houston area and it was by my house. So I had to do a payment plan with easy pay leasing and those people also tried ripping me off after I finished paying them off. And after going through all that trouble my car still came back with a check engine light so I just bought a brand new car at that point.
