Exorbitant pricing. They quoted me $1,400 for an oil change, fuel injector/ cylinder cleaning, and spark plug replacement. When I ended up not getting the services done because of price, they charged almost $200 for the diagnostic fee (this price was not disclosed to me before they took my car). I understand compensating for the work already done, but that is a crazy price for a simple diag. Beware of these scammers. I took my car to another mechanic and they did all of those services and more for less than half of what Service Street quoted.

I was coming in from Dallas this weekend. My A/C went out driving to Houston. I went up here Saturday to get a diagnostic, and the professionalism and customer service was great. I even hot a shuttle ride to my relative house until my vehicle was fixed.Everything was fixed within 6 hrs. I appreciate the excellent expertise and service guys.
