I had the best experience getting my oil change today. The service was excellent, quick, and convenient. I was able to have a same day appointment, drink a cup of coffee and 30 min later everything was finished. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I've been bringing my family's vehicles to West Houston Auto for the past year. They have done oil changes, brake jobs, wheel alignments, fluid changes, and other minor repairs. I always get a detailed estimate of the work and a follow up text to make sure everything is doing well after driving the car for a week or so.
