Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

They sent me a coupon in the mail for new wiper blades if we pay for an oil change. So we went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the new wipers. The salesman there upsold me on 5 oil changes for $100. Fine. Great. After we left I realized they didn't rotate the tires and we didn't get the wiper replacement. They also wanted $1800 to replace an oil leak. I took it to another place for a 2nd opinion on the oil leak and then also had to pay them to rotate the tires and for new wipers. It sure reeks a little bit of bait & switch with the coupon. Not a fan. Edit: as it turned out, it wasn't even an oil leak. The cap on the transmission wasn't tightened so it only needed a little tightening. Not a fan.

I went to West Houston initially for an A/C repair. They were able to properly assess and repair correctly. A week later, my check engine light came off and there was a issue with the fuel injector. The staff was honest about material costs and time it would take to complete. Don was able to accommodate our 1 car and 1 year old lifestyle and scheduled the repair that would help us..There are many repair shops you can choose in Houston and I will continue to come back.

AC system on my Audi Q7 was not working properly - some days ok, other days not enough cool air coming through. The team at Service Street did a diagnostic check and added refrigerant after they confirmed no system leaks or other issues. AC working properly again! Paid for an hour of labour + price of the refrigerant. They kept me informed along the way. Great service and trustworthy. Thanks guys!
