I Love this auto shop. I've been going here for over 4 years. They care about there customers and want to give them the best advice when it comes down to their vehicle need. A1 customer service.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, not cold and short-tempered like other places. I felt like I was in good hands. They take pictures and send it to you to show what work needs to be done and what doesn't. I've never seen that before and thought it was cool. In a way, it shows proof if actual work needs to be done versus hearsay.

Brought in my car 2017 lexus rx 350 sport for 94k mile service. Lexus had quoted me 900 but when I went to west houston they let me know a lot of my fluids were still good and there was no need for a full service! Everytime I have used them as a woman I felt they never took advantage and integrity is key with this business. Do not think twice! I paid less than 50% of what Lexus quoted me. The service was an hour and if I wanted they would have shuttled me home. God bless businesses like these that do honest and excellent work!
