I've been coming here for two years since I moved close by. Customer service is excellent and they always take care of me. They don't charge a diagnostic fee like those other shops that will say you can use that fee towards the cost. They'll give you a free quote and have always been straightforward about the car's issues. They even showed me exactly the part that was causing the issue. They even give me a ride so I don't have to Uber.

Very helpful. Had my car looked at by the dealership and was given a list of things that needed to be fixed. At West Houston I was actually shown what was wrong with my car and it wasn't everything the dealership told me

Good service with WHAR! Had gone in last month to check out my car and was given a very detailed estimate on what needed attention. I went in last week to get the battery replaced per their advice. Not only did they keep to their price, my wait time was less than 30 minutes for the service to be completed. Happy with the service!
