I brought in my car because I thought I had an issue with my alternator, so they checked it out and it was only my battery cable that was loose. They tighten the cable and had me on my way.

WHAR was a great help to me. Great customer service. Honest. My check engine light came on. I got a diagnostic done there then took the results to the dealership. They decided to do their own diagnostic and received a different code. They replaced my catalytic converter. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. I took it back to WHAR. They got the same code as the first time. They did a full diagnostic which indicated I needed a new transmission. Sam helped me outa lot with contacting my warranty company to pay for the repairs. It's going on 2 weeks. No check engine light. My car is running smoother. I highly recommend WHAR.

I have used West Houston several times now and have made it my preferred mechanical shop. They are a honest, responsible and professional mechanical service shop. I recommend this shop anytime I can to family, friends and neighbors.

Update: They offered to pay for the new tire, I would absolutely recommend coming here for whatever work you need done. Good service and good prices. Original: The repairs were done well at a reasonable price but when I went to pick up my car it had a flat tire that they said it couldn't be patched and they couldn't do anything except put the spare on.
