Terrible terrible customer service!!!!! I’ve had work done here before, but this experience was RACIST, Aggressive, and totally unprofessional. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, no matter their skin color or gender. The lack of professionalism and just human decency has me disgusted. I will never come here again nor recommend any hard working American spend money here!!!

We brought my daughter’s car to have it diagnosed because it was stalling and there was a swishing sound. 2 other mechanics diagnosed it and both said it was for a part that had already been replaced. N West was able to diagnose both issues and use cameras to show us the problems. In the end, the car wasn’t worth repairing. Had N West been our first stop, they would have saved us an additional $2500. We will be going to N West for all our future auto needs. They are fair and honest. They listened to our concerns and helped us to make an informed decision.

Did work on my 2009 Hummer HT3 recalibrated the crankshaft sensor and other misc repairs, Damn thing never Ran so smooth and more power that its ever had️GREAT JOB YALL

Great service & friendly personnel!!!

Had some brake issues after replacement elsewhere. Called and was able to get in immediately. They found and fixed the issue very quickly and were incredibly communicative. I asked them to do the 60k check up on the vehicle that I had been putting off at the dealership due to exaggerated pricing and unnecessary work. Was very happy with the experience and will be returning with my other vehicles when necessary.

Great auto repair shop! They provide great service for a very reasonable price and complete the work in a timely fashion. The communication between the shop and the customer far exceeded my expectations.

Great service mot too pushy to get additional auto things done but informative on what is needed per manufactures recommendations. Reasonable prices and friendly workers. I have had oil changes to brake jobs done. Tell them larry sanders sent you and maybe i will get a Christmas card. LOL

Great service and good communication. Prices are reasonable and they can drive you back home if you have to leave your car there. Good value.
