So grateful for N.West Auto Repair. I was told that I needed to replace an expensive part for my car and I approved it. However when the part arrived and they started to replace it they notice something that they couldn't see before, a loose wire. they connected the wire and retested the car and that was all it needed. They could have replaced it and I wouldn't had known. That saved me over $2000.00. Thank you for your honesty.

I do not recommend this mechanic shop. I took my 2002 GMC Sierra pickup to have it fixed and they charged me $1,500 dollars and they did not do their job well, they just ripped me off and now my engine is completely damaged. I do not recommend them.

First visit for oil change. Very exceptional experience. Kurt the manager is very personable & knowledgeable, took me into the repair area to point out a few maintenance issues that I could address myself. I can explained the check engine light was on a few days but no longer on. He told me to bring my vehicle back when light comes on again and they would check it. Within 24 hours I was back, diagnostics performed and reason detected for check engine light. Kurt immediately called my extended warranty company and started the process for approval. Currently pending inspection by warranty company to proceed. Kurt has kept me updated on the progress which I definitely appreciate.

I absolutely recommend this auto shop. Although I received devastating news that my engine was blown the owner was so knowledgeable and forthright. He told me not to sink another penny in this vehicle. He was very concerned with my personal safety. He asked how close I was to home.. I told him less than a mile.Told me to drive home and park my vehicle because it was too dangerous for me to drive and to not drive it again. I was truly blessed by their concern for me and not with putting money in their pockets. I will certainly recommend them in the future. Thank you !!
