Normally use midas, decided to give service street my business, just miss the complimentary inspection midas does with checking ya shocks, struts and fluids. Digital inspection here is high priced not complimentary. But price on full synthetic is pretty good

Zach and Carson fixed my headlight free of charge. I had 2 working lightbulbs that were stuck inside bc I tried attaching it myself. they were so kind to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate yall's help and kindness. Thank you thank you thank you.

They will cheat you, I gave my car for wheel alignment and they suggested to replace all 4 tires. After that car ac not working. Now today gave it car again, they charged 308$ for just ac checking, and asking me to replace ac compressor. I would suggest please don’t visit this mechanic shop. I let the buyer beware the upsell on their parts, was more than four times the retail cost Eight ignition coils for a 2012 E2 50 Ford van they’re charging me $387 real cost $55 Eight spark plugs $118 real cost $50 I found a kit TRX, which is a reputable parts that most auto shops use and I recommended the kid had both the spark plugs and ignition coils for $114.95 total Labor cost $387 for two hours of labor Wow Talk about price gouging I brought it to the attention of the service manager and he said well we already started to do the work and didn’t care. He said oh well. What a demoralized world we truly live in!!! Let the buyer beware do your homework, and to know how to negotiate the SonReal unfair world God knows what these people do, and everyone is going to answer to Him one day, whether they believe Him or not.

I had to bring my car to get my oil changed and the service was amazing. The assistant manager Terrance gave great customer service & the wait was very time consuming. Overall a lovely experience.

I’m truly shocked at the high ratings this place has. I made the mistake of purchasing an oil change bundle that covers 5 oil changes back when this place had a different name. After the second attempt to get these I gave up and took my vehicle somewhere else. Today I’m sitting in the waiting area relieved that this is my last oil change and I will never be back. Every time I have been here I’ve scheduled and early morning Saturday appointment. My experience has been either they don’t have the parts needed, there’s only one tech who is busy or the tech hasn’t shown up. Today I watched the people here order the oil needed for my car get the wrong oil delivered, order it again and it’s been an hour and 10 minutes since I walked in. Not one time have they communicated any of this to me, but since it’s happened before, I am not surprised. Because I wanted to use the paid for oil changes I’ve had my son use them. The last time he was here he waited 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment! This is not the place for you if you value time and efficiency.

Originally quoted me 400$ for an installation service and when I took it up to the shop to have the car worked on they changed the price to 550$. I was easily quoted 330$ for the same job elsewhere. I was willing to pay the extra 70$ to have it done here as I’ve done business here in the past. But I can’t help but feel ripped off when one person gives me one quote and all the sudden 2 days later they quote me 150$ more for the same job. Absolutely ridiculous.
