Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

My experience was terrible, I asked to have all my fluids checked & my wheel alignment and they didn’t do either. Not sure if the oil changed was done. The worst unfriendly customer service. I have 3 more oil changes on my accounts & I will not return. It was much better when it was driver’s auto.

Courteous, honest and upfront people. I took my car in and had them check my brakes and rotors in addition to having shocks replaced. They informed me my brakes and rotors were good and didn’t need replacing. I have had other repair shops add work to drive up the price. First Street was honest and told me that only my shocks needed replacement. The car drives great! I will be back for sure.
