I worked with Erick and Billie. Billie I spoke to the most and he was the friendliest guy in the whole world. They fixed my issues in less then 48 hours and kept me up to date with the process. They also allowed me to use a coupon that wasn’t meant for battery’s just so I could save a few bucks. I highly recommend West Houston Auto Repair and know they will take care of you. Honest management. Had an issue with my truck that could not be dealt with except with a tire shop…. They spent a couple hours helping me identify the issue and would not allow me to pay for their time….. I will be coming back for all services due to their professionalism!
