I worked with Erick and Billie. Billie I spoke to the most and he was the friendliest guy in the whole world. They fixed my issues in less then 48 hours and kept me up to date with the process. They also allowed me to use a coupon that wasn’t meant for battery’s just so I could save a few bucks. I highly recommend West Houston Auto Repair and know they will take care of you. To top it off I got an email after for free 3 months of Sirius XM radio (no credit cards required!). Very pleased. Also Billie is a little sweet on the eyes

Honest management. Had an issue with my truck that could not be dealt with except with a tire shop…. They spent a couple hours helping me identify the issue and would not allow me to pay for their time….. I will be coming back for all services due to their professionalism!

If your looking a honest mechanic shop this is the place. Very polite and honest from the mechanic to the front desk. They explain in detail about the problem(s) and give you reasonable solution/prices.

I came for a diagnostic. They took me right away even with 2 other people waiting. They finished up shortly after I arrived. I got my vehicle back 15-20 minutes after arriving. The diagnostic was free. They quoted me a price. I asked if I could supply the parts and basically pay them for the labor. They said they don't do that which is why I gave them 4 stars. Service was good. I would have definitely gotten my car fixed here if I could have bought the part myself. Oh, well.
