Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

Today I had my vehicle inspection preformed and the service was amazing. I was promptly Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was informed of the wait time and offered coffee and water. The whole process may have taken 15-20 tops. I appreciated the professionalism and promptness of customer service.

My new go to shop for auto repair. The staff was super friendly. Customer service was top notch. The repair took exactly as long as they said, they even called me half way through the repair. The dealership doesn’t even do that. I’ll definitely refer others and return as a customer. It’s the customer service for me!!! Thanks Sam, I appreciate ya!!

I'm honestly very impressed by the professionalism that was displayed when one day out of the blue my vehicle started acting up I went to AutoZone and was told about this place. I'm a very skeptical and I don't trust auto repair shops that are not the dealership. I always know go to a dealership for a car problem but on this particular occasion I took a risk. I came in and was greeted with absolute professionalism from Sam. My vehicle had to stay overnight because they needed more time to work on my vehicle. They brought me to the back to show me in detail what was going on with my vehicle .I understood the matter of the issue and understood I had to leave it over night. I was wondering who could I call to get a ride back home. The manager quickly offer me a loaner car that I certainly did not expect at all. The next day I get a call that my vehicle is ready. Is been about 2 weeks and my vehicle has worked flawlessly. I would also like to thank the mechanic that worked on my vehicle J Diaz. Thank you for your service and genuine honesty. The professionalism display here was unmatched and I have already recommended close friends and family to come here. I will certainly be coming back.

No no and no Took my car here to check on an oil leak. They were hiding the place it was leaking from with the belly pan half removed, trying to sell me a leak tracing service 😄 Asked for topping up the oil since it had leaked out… did not do it. Then did not put all the belly cover bolts back on even though I insisted it was important. They act like the crooked mechanic shop you don’t want to be involved with these people. After I mentioned my experience at work that is is close by, other colleagues had the same kind of experience….

Amazing work, my 1st experience with the team, someone by the @Oscar assisted me with inspections, and their customer service was top-notch 👌

The best service hands down. I felt comfortable talking to Sam. He kept me undated on my vehicle the whole time it was there. I will definitely go back. Thank you
