I definitely recommend All Pro! Absolutely the best in customer care and the work they do. Justin and his crew took care of my 2009 Chevy Suburbans transmission. They rebuilt the transmission and I have not had any issues at all. They kept me updated throughout the process and worked around my crazy schedule for drop off and pick up of my suburban. I had my car diagnosed at another place where they charged me 100$ and left my battery sitting on the ground for me to put back in my car. I left crying and in dire straits of finding a good honest mechanic. My co worker told me about All Pro and her experience there. I will say im so glad i found them!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the PCM(Power Contol Module) replaced because jeep was basically dead in the water...Justin and Monnie were in constant contact with me thru the whole process and went above and beyond to verify that there were no other issues to be fixed. Monnie contacted me about the inspection and that they could get that taken care of also. I had replaced the alternator right before dropping it off with them and they tested it also and found out that I had put the wrong one out of the 2 noted by the dealership...so they replaced it with the proper one and had mine boxed up and ready to go back to dealership. It was a costly adventure but Monnie made sure that I woul not be without my jeep by working out a payment plan with me...PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE in every aspect of the experience...I will be taking ALL my needs to them when the need arises for mechanical needs! Thanks again Justin and Monnie! Youve made a GUARANTEED RETURN CUSTOMER out of me!
