They will cheat you, I gave my car for wheel alignment and they suggested to replace all 4 tires. After that car ac not working. Now today gave it car again, they charged 308$ for just ac checking, and asking me to replace ac compressor. I would suggest please don’t visit this mechanic shop. This is a review for recent repairs on my Mother’s vehicle. My mother’s 2016 Honda Fit was completely dead one morning. She’s new to Houston so didn’t know where to turn. We found West Houston Auto Repair on Google maps and after reading the high review score we decided to give them a call. Mr. James answered our call, listened to our description of the issue and the various fixes we had tried and immediately offered to take a look at the vehicle free of charge. This was a Friday afternoon. I was able to set up towing first thing Saturday morning at 8am when the shop opened, we left the key in the convenient key drop box and we headed off to breakfast and to run errands with my mom. Within an hour we received a call from James stating that the alternator was the issue and that they had found a new unit at a local Honda dealership. We have the thumbs up for the replacement and by noon we were picking up my mom’s car and she was back on the road and I haven’t seen her since! Mr. James and the team at West Houston Auto Repair were really fantastic and we will be using them in the future for any auto repair that we need. I highly recommend this shop.

I let the buyer beware the upsell on their parts, was more than four times the retail cost Eight ignition coils for a 2012 E2 50 Ford van they’re charging me $387 real cost $55 Eight spark plugs $118 real cost $50 I found a kit TRX, which is a reputable parts that most auto shops use and I recommended the kid had both the spark plugs and ignition coils for $114.95 total Labor cost $387 for two hours of labor Wow Talk about price gouging I brought it to the attention of the service manager and he said well we already started to do the work and didn’t care. He said oh well. What a demoralized world we truly live in!!! Let the buyer beware do your homework, and to know how to negotiate the SonReal unfair world God knows what these people do, and everyone is going to answer to Him one day, whether they believe Him or not.
