I am so thankful I found this shop online. I have been going here now for almost 3 years and have never regretted it. The new shuttle service is an added plus. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The repairs and service are excellent.

AC system on my Audi Q7 was not working properly - some days ok, other days not enough cool air coming through. The team at Service Street did a diagnostic check and added refrigerant after they confirmed no system leaks or other issues. AC working properly again! Paid for an hour of labour + price of the refrigerant. They kept me informed along the way. Great service and trustworthy. Thanks guys!

Good prices, friendly and clean, but were very slow. From the time they put the car on the lift until they were finished, was an 1hr 12 minutes! For an oil and wiper change. I was told they didn't have the correct filter size and had to get it delivered. I wasn't told until I complained about the delay. They gave me a few dollars off to compensate me and the work otherwise seems to have been done properly. Time will tell. I'll probably return but only if they confirm they have all the parts in advance.
