Excellent service with honesty. I took my truck for a normal check-up. I thank Good I stopped at this garage. They did a full inspection, and they found a good-sized problem that could have cost me $$$$$. The staff was incredible.

Went in originally for an oil change and emissions test. I've done business here before and I knew that they did a complete inspection of the vehicle. They found that my rear brakes were completely worn out and replaced them. The price was fair and the work finished in a timely manner. They also provide a valet service so they took me home while the work was being performed and then picked me up when the job wwas finished. I'm also very happy with the service and pricing.

I was an hour and a half into a four and a half hour trip when I ran over a piece of you’re that popped up and hit my under carriage. I heard something dragging and pulled off the highway to check it out. Sure enough, there was a 1 ft by 1 ft piece of metal dragging the ground. I quickly searched for auto shops near me and chose N. West Houston Auto Repair due to its proximity to my current location and their reviews. When I called, Lucas answered the phone and instantly put me at ease. As a single woman far away from home, this meant so much to me! When I arrived, everyone was friendly, and they took my car right back to take care of it. They were finishes in 15 minutes, showed me the underside of my car and how they fixed it, and even did an inspection of the whole car. They were very thorough. When I asked what I owed, they said no charge! Wow! I cannot thank the kind people of N. West Houston Auto Repair enough for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a repair shop. They got my car fixed the same day, and even gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done — super convenient! They also showed me pictures and videos of everything going on with my car, some of which I had no idea about. They took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was needed and why. I didn’t have all the finances to take care of everything right away, but they helped me get set up with financing to cover most of it and broke down what was most urgent versus what could wait. They even helped me come up with a plan and timeline to get everything else taken care of as I get back on my feet financially. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and super helpful. I really felt taken care of. Definitely not going anywhere else for my car repairs from now on!

I recommend N. West Houston Auto Repair to everyone! This is where I am taking my family's cars for our repairs now because we moved away from our old go-to shop. Lucas walked me through every concern he found with my car so that I could understand and make an informed decision; I did not sense any pressure. He answered all of my questions considerately, so I felt trust and respect in making decisions about what services I chose that day and which I would wait on. The shop provided great prices for fantastic work. Everyone who works there was friendly and I had a very positive experience with their shuttle service as well. I took my car in at 8 a.m. and they finished every repair by the afternoon. My car runs as good as new(=
