The splash guard came loose on the front end of my car on one side, and it only lost a screw because the screw hole in the plastic was frayed. Another shop told me I needed to pay to replace the whole splash guard, even though I knew it wasn't necessary because it was just one hole that was loose. However, I called Service Street, and they secured the splash guard in place without having to replace the part! As a lady, I like being able to go to a shop and not be upcharged or oversold on things for my car, solely because of my gender identity, and with the mechanics thinking that I don't know anything about my car. However, the people here at Service Street treated me with respect and didn't upsell me here. Five stars! I've come to them for many problems in the past as well, and I will continue to come to them again and again. Thank you!
