Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

I had a great experience at this auto shop. The team members I spoke to mostly Gene, Eric and Polo were all friendly, professional, and very informative. They did a lot of work on my car back to back and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I had a concern and one of the mechanics who worked on my car “Polo” took me in the garage to show me where in my car the issues were coming from. He also took the time to drive with me for several minutes to hear whatever sound my car was making. Only because I was really worried. He has sadly passed away. He was great at explaining the issues clearly and honestly. I really appreciated his care and expertise. My car finally feels better and I feel relieved. I highly recommend this shop to others and will definitely continue coming back.

These guys have always been great to me. Very honest and always there to assist with any problems i have had. I recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle repair to go to them 1st.

I was very pleased with the service I got. I’m the type of person who asks 100 questions until I can understand a problem/issue and they were very informative. I have a fear of leaving my car at mechanics because of previous scams, but I am so happy I felt confortable enough to trust them. This is the 2nd time I came here and my car is just fine. I was so happy to know that you have a new location at Eldridge and Briarforest.. Checked my Nissan for Oil and Filter change with mail coupon 1/2 Off. Great accurate service. Lots of eateries while waiting, car wash nearby, my annual sticker is due in July and getting things checked before then. Will never take my car to dealerships, they overcharge. Will always remember Steve saying, we will help you with your car..you don't need to buy a New One. Your staff is Outstanding in more ways than one. Congrats on your new location.
