My daughter and I started bringing our vehicles to West Houston Auto Repair about a year ago just for oil changes. Right away what I appreciated about them is their full inspection with every service so we could understand and plan for needed maintenance and issue resolution. In that time we have focused on getting our vehicles ready for a cross country move. The team helped us understand what was needed and in what priority. They also helped us financially by making sure we received whatever the most beneficial discount would be (coupon, text promotion, etc.). Most importantly they were kind and trustworthy and funny, also making sure we had rides to and from home when needed while our vehicles were being serviced. We will miss having this business around the corner, taking good care of our vehicles and keeping us safe. Highly recommend!
