came in for an oil change, didn't know i had bad wear on my breaks. if i didn't get them done sooner i could have gotten into an accident but i didn't thanks to their employee Daniel's sharp eye. i trust these guys with my life.

I was initially referred by my neighbor when I needed transmission repair on my 07 Toyota FJ. They referred me to a Transmission shop (a very good reference). I returned to West Houston Auto Repair for my 180k service. I made an appointment and dropped off my truck and they shuttled me home. I received an update on my vehicle about 2 hours later with a status report (I never had that before- very impressed. ) When my truck was ready they picked me up (I appreciate the personal touch). To top it off I was able to use a coupon that was texted to me to save 20% off labor and oil change. I definitely recommend this repair shop especially if you are a woman.
