My car is 23 yrs old. I am 80 yrs old. My car needed a lot of work. Very pleased with work done, the way I was treated, and costs compared to bids from other repair companies. Transportation is issue. They took me home and picked me up when work completed. Work was done in time promised.

So I did a dumb thing and filled my oil too much. As I was driving down Highway 6, my car started feeling like it wasn’t doing so well. A bunch of lights came on and I freaked out. Luckily, I was right next to WH Auto repair. I pulled in at like 5pm and I was seen right away. I shamefacedly told them what I did, and they fixed it for a reasonable price. They didn’t make fun of me to my face ( if they did in the back, that’s not my business, and clearly it would have been well deserved) and they didn’t try to overcharge me because of my gender. They were fast, did an awesome job, very personable and extremely professional. I drive a European car and they knew exactly what to do. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment I walked through the door until the time of vehicle pickup I experienced 100% professionalism, courtesy and informative handling of the repair on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was leaking oil. They provided photos, videos and detailed descriptions of the issues which were available online through links texted to my phone before any work was done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hats off to James, (as in Bond) who handled my service call from start to finish/followup. You don't get 4.8 stars after 400 reviews for an auto repair shop by being mediocre!

First time taking my car for a vehicle inspection. Their hours are from 8 am - 6 pm and I got there 15 minutes before closing. I hoped they would take me in and they did! I was so relieved as I fought traffic trying to get there by 5:30 pm. They were courteous and fast. I was out the door in less than 20 min! Thank you West Houston Team!
