I'm personally a master tech with a shop in NC. One of my customers was driving from NC to CA and the ignition coil started to fail while driving into TX. I looked online and found this shop with great reviews. I called and spoke with Billy, he was very kind and professional, understood the situation and did not hesitate to help.
