Houston and Tomball Auto Repair

I went here earlier this week after loosing my power steering and displaying a number of faults on my dashboard cluster. After running a diagnostic on my car, they gave me the better news than what I was expecting. All my problems were due to my 4 year old battery. They replaced the battery and while I was there got a great deal on an oil change and they had me back on the road in a little over an hour. This was after coming in without an appointment. This is the second time I have used them and will highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very friendly, I recieved all the details for my car by way of email which was easy to understand. The staff responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I would have given them 5 stars but my car was not ready when they said it would be. I rate them 4.5 I would use them again and recommend them to people I know.

As usual, the great team at N West Houston Auto came through for us and accurately diagnosed and fixed my son's car that had been parked for years. They were thorough checking everything out, but upfront about what needed to be done to get the car ready to drive. In the end, my son drove off in his car for much less than others would have charged him at other shops. I trust Erick and his team completely to stand by their honest and fair work on all my vehicles.

Very fair price on oil change and filter replacement. Pleasant atmosphere.

I had a great experience at this auto shop. The team members I spoke to mostly Gene, Eric and Polo were all friendly, professional, and very informative. They did a lot of work on my car back to back and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I had a concern and one of the mechanics who worked on my car “Polo” took me in the garage to show me where in my car the issues were coming from. He also took the time to drive with me for several minutes to hear whatever sound my car was making. Only because I was really worried. He has sadly passed away. He was great at explaining the issues clearly and honestly. I really appreciated his care and expertise. My car finally feels better and I feel relieved. I highly recommend this shop to others and will definitely continue coming back.
