Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. When your vehicle came to us, the air conditioning system was blowing warm air. After performing the diagnostic service you approved, we found the system was low on refrigerant and were able to identify a leaking evaporator core using UV dye. We discussed our findings and provided an estimate for the repair. When you contacted us the following day with a new concern that no air was coming from the vents, we asked you to return immediately so we could inspect the vehicle at no charge. During that inspection, we confirmed the A/C compressor was operating and the refrigerant lines were cold, but we also found a separate electrical failure—a severely damaged blower motor electrical terminal—which prevented the blower from pushing air through the vents. This was an unrelated issue from the refrigerant leak diagnosed during your initial visit. We understand how frustrating it is when multiple problems occur at the same time, especially when they happen so close together. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered to apply the full cost of your evacuate and recharge service as a credit toward the evaporator core repair should you choose to have the repair completed with us.
