Josh, we did work with you and replaced the failed part at no charge under warranty. As explained during your visit, the remaining mounts must also be replaced to maintain warranty coverage, which is a standard manufacturer requirement—not a decision made by our shop. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we did stand behind our work and addressed the warranty issue promptly. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re happy to review it again with you directly.
