Almost refused to honor a warranty on a defective part all because I needed other work done. Manager can lie and say they honored the warranty but it wasn’t without an argument. They put a aftermarket part on to begin with when I paid for official parts. Scummy business thank god I noticed. Don’t come here unless you want them to play games when it comes to correcting the work they did horribly. This isn’t the first time they messed up either like all the other reviews my oil wasn’t changed either when I got it done here.
Josh, we did work with you and replaced the failed part at no charge under warranty. As explained during your visit, the remaining mounts must also be replaced to maintain warranty coverage, which is a standard manufacturer requirement—not a decision made by our shop. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we did stand behind our work and addressed the warranty issue promptly.
