EDIT: Within 20 mins or less I received a phone call from the owner himself explaining what happened the day of my service and offered a way to try to make it right. I will allow a second chance, and will edit my review after the next date of service to better reflect my overall combined experience. I will update stars as each interaction is made. Horrible service! Will not be returning! I brought in two vehicles and told them I needed one ready before the other, and they promised me they would take care of that car first. Guess what? They didn’t. They seemed under staffed, took 45 mins to an hour to do ONE oil change, and it was on the car I asked them to do last of the two I brought in. This caused so much unnecessary and un-needed stress. I needed to leave because I had something extremely important to do, and I was so frustrated that I ended up walking out to never return. I’ve still have yet to get my oil changed when I tried to support their business.
