Our team inspected and diagnosed the A/C leak at no charge to you and provided recommendations based on what we found. You were under no obligation to approve any repairs or financing. Afterward, the vehicle experienced a no-start condition related to the battery. We did not intentionally damage your vehicle, and we strongly reject that accusation. On a vehicle with more than 250,000 miles, components can fail unexpectedly, and a battery failure is completely separate from diagnosing an A/C leak. We donated our technicians’ time to provide you with diagnostic information at no cost. We are always willing to discuss legitimate concerns, but accusations that our employees intentionally damaged a customer’s vehicle are extremely serious and are not supported by the facts of this visit.
