Sam provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs following the diagnostics, and although I was unable to afford the costs that day, he offered financing options which I utilized to complete the repairs the following day. Sam also clearly communicated the priority levels of the work required, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by West Houston Auto.

Took my 2015 Ford Escape in for service. 2 days later, they still couldn't figure out what the problem was. I returned to find my vehicle parked outside. I inquired about the status; instead of telling me the truth! be honest with me and upfront. They started blowing smoke up my ass. I asked for the keys to my vehicle and, at first, they wouldn't give it to me til I threatened to call the police. Long story short. Customers prefer honesty over bullshit. If you can't fix the problem on a vehicle. Tell a customer the truth. Don't lie and make shit up. (Customers aren't stupid)
