When your vehicle wouldn't start, we sent one of our highest-paid technicians to your location to help get your car started at no charge. After getting it running, we performed a courtesy inspection, also at no charge, and simply advised you of the repairs we believed your vehicle needed based on what we found. You were under no obligation to have the repairs performed with us, and you chose not to move forward, which we completely respect. We never charged you for the roadside assistance or the inspection. We understand that repair estimates can vary depending on the quality of parts used, the scope of the repair, and the warranty provided. Every customer is free to choose the option that best fits their needs. We are especially saddened by the statement asking God to shut down our business. We strive to serve our community with honesty, generosity, and integrity, and in this case we donated our time and expertise simply to help you get back on the road. We wish you nothing but the best, and if there's ever anything you'd like to discuss, our door is always open.
