Had a great experience with everyone at the shop, though I specifically worked with Eric the most. He was super professional, incredibly knowledgeable while also being chill and easy to talk to. He gave off good vibes and definitely left me feeling confident I brought my car to the right place. I had to get a headlight replaced, but because they do a general inspection of the car. They did notice that my wheel rotors and break pads were almost entirely gone. They brought me back in the shop to show me what they were talking about concerning my car (also, since I bought my care used, I looked into the car maintenance history, and the breaks had not been serviced in ages). They made sure I understood everything (even had a nice video to further explain things). Beyond that, making an appointment with them was incredibly easy. They do offer to get you an uber/lyft, but if you prefer to wait, the lobby is very comfortable, access to drinks and bathroom and not super noisy due to car repair happening on the other side of the door. They had everything taken care of quickly and kept me updated. While they did notice some other issues with my car that need to be addressed soon, they didn't pressure me to have the work done with them at that time. All in all, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to take my car back, or recommend them to anyone on need of a mechan/car repair.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Eric and Brandon are very professional and helpful They picked up my car, diagnosed the problem, did the repair very timely, brought my car back to me. I drove to work the next day with the peace of mind that it was safe to drive. Thanks!!!

For my oil change they showed me that the plug was leaking and replaced it at no extra charge. I learned that it is supposed to be changed regularly, but the dealer never did so. With the coupon, the price was much less than the dealer wanted.

I’ve had a hard time finding a mechanic I can trust to do the work that they are charging for. After talking with them and them doing the work, I will continue to use them and refer them when anyone asks. Honest reliable mechanics
