Great shop! I’ve been coming to west Houston auto repair since i moved to this side of town. This new location being right by my home is convenient. I came for an oil change and my oil was leaking out, they helped me find the problem and fix it.

Another fantastic experience! The team was friendly and professional just like the other two locations. Took my vehicle right in and had it back the next day!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed. Sam provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs following the diagnostics, and although I was unable to afford the costs that day, he offered financing options which I utilized to complete the repairs the following day. Sam also clearly communicated the priority levels of the work required, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by West Houston Auto.

Had my headlamps replaced but they forgot to securely fasten the plastic guard over my drivers side front tire and it was dragging on the road. Before I could get back to their repair shop, it broke off. So theres that.
