It was an excellent experience.. Kurt was amazing in assisting with my vehicle repair issues, contacting and interacting with my warranty company. Very professional ,personable and kept me updated on the progress. He truly cares about his customers and a great asset to N West Houston Auto Repair. I absolutely recommend this auto shop. Although I received devastating news that my engine was blown the owner was so knowledgeable and forthright. He told me not to sink another penny in this vehicle. He was very concerned with my personal safety. He asked how close I was to home.. I told him less than a mile.Told me to drive home and park my vehicle because it was too dangerous for me to drive and to not drive it again. I was truly blessed by their concern for me and not with putting money in their pockets. I will certainly recommend them in the future. Thank you !!
