The entire staff at N West Houston Auto in Tomball is top notch, goes out of their way to be helpful, professional and best of all HONEST! I just love the way I am treated and get an upfront opinion about my vehicles with no bs and no tricks. It's refreshing to know I have someone I can trust when the car is broken and I need to get it fixed fast at an affordable price. I can't remember the three guys name there that day but they were all nice. Service was genuine and professional. They are detailed, knowledgeable and honest. I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from car dealer last week that I immediately started having major mechanical issues with. I took the car to the shop Monday afternoon and they were able to assist me right away. They were able to quickly identify all the issues with the vehicle. Unlike some mechanic shops were very upfront and honest. They will show and talk you everything. They didn't try to charge me unnecessary fees or tell me anything just to make money. While the car and amount repairs were a total lost, I will for sure have them check out any used car I buy in the future.

Great customer service, very polite, and transparent. They didn’t hassle me like other automotive companies and I really appreciated that. I will most definitely be going back for future service maintenance.

Had some AC issues. 1st time at West Houston Auto. Sam was very professional and provided me with play by play of what was going on with my vehicle, he even took me out to the vehicle and allowed the mechanic to show me on the computer what was causing my issue, which was quite different than most repair shops. I appreciated the honesty, and integrity at this repair shop. I truely believe they are not out to pull every dime they can out of the customer. God bless you for your integrity, and honesty, your business will soar because you have principles.

These guys are great! Diagnosed my problem and told me to go get it fixed under my tire warranty. Charged me $0 despite pulling the tire off.
