The mechanic did his job well. But the front desk personnel made me uncomfortable to where I felt very awkward. And sadly this wasn’t the first time I experienced this feeling They appear to want you to have a good honest experience, but I walk out feeling dirty or shameful cause I didn’t add additional repairs based on their check points. I have gone back when I believed it was time for a repair. But this last time whoever the man was in the end when I was checking out ensured I would not go back.

I called today to request a quote for a vehicle, but they were unable to provide one since they couldn't see the car. They do offer towing services, but I would be responsible for the cost of towing it back if the price exceeds my budget. I reached out to other places and was able to get a quote, which helps me understand the costs involved. I honestly don’t know how this company stays in business. Additionally, the second representative I spoke with kept interrupting me, and I had to politely ask him to stop, as that is unprofessional. I mentioned multiple times that the vehicle doesn't start; if it did, I would be more than willing to follow their recommendations, but their services don't meet my needs. Based on this experience, I will likely not use their services again or recommend them to anyone.
