Great customer service

I've always had a good experience with West Houston.. They are professional, fast and reasonably priced. The workers let u know exactly what is wrong if other things are wrong and don't pressure u to go through them to fix. But personally, my experiences with them, I'll definitely keep going back to them for services on my vehicle. Thanks Eric and the rest of the guys who work there for being helpful and honest. They even showed me what and where I have problems with my vehicle on my last visit. I'd highly recommend them.

IF YOU NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION DO NOT COME HERE. THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT TRANSMISSIONS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS OR EMPLOYEES. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. MY CAR WENT INTO THEIR SHOP 5 MONTHS AGO AND I AM STILL DROPPING IT OFF WEEKLY BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION HAS MORE AND MORE ISSUES. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND 6K FOR NO REASON, THIS IS YOUR PLACE.
