No transparency, delay on getting things done, lied about my engine being the problem, my check engine light came on after they were done working on it, loose pieces were found from my car, a massive oil spill was found underneath my car when my car never leaked, charged me $800 for a diagnostic/labor, and still didn't fix anything. I feel like they made my car worse
Hello Marc Saint Fort, thank you for letting us know about your recent visit. We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with our service. We appreciate all feedback. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Upon further review of your visit the vehicle came in with a no start. At the time the technician stated there were no electrical issues, the fuel pump was priming but the vehicle would not start. The technician stated he heard a possible timing issue. The shop advised of the this information and it was approved to tear down time to check the timing. Upon inspection the technician found 2 guides were loose and the timing chain had slack. The technician recommended they would need to replace the timing or engine replacement. The shop advised of this information and the recommendations were declined. The vehicle did not have a check engine light on while it was at the shop. The technician also confirmed there were not any codes for fuel issues or any other codes at all present at that time. The fluid on the ground was brake fluid from a previous vehicle. The shop reached out to further address these concerns. The shop requested if the dealer representative could please contact the shop to discuss the issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately, the shop hasn't received a return call. If the dealer representative can please reach out to us at (713) 575-2740 so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
