Went here 4/7 to get an oil change the staff was very friendly and was able to have my vehicle seen pretty quickly. Had a technician explain the needed repairs for my vehicle in a very professional manner and made plans to get a quote and proceed with the maintenance at a later date. However this is when shops do what shops do and the GM then came to speak with me regarding the same thing. I understand the need to make a sale which is why I made sure to be respectful in my initial interaction with a tech but the continued attempt to try and get the sale is truly what is so off putting about any shop.

Since I’m an older woman I always find it difficult to trust people who are working on my car to be honest with the repairs needed, however with every employee at N. West Houston Auto cares about explaining every detail about the needs for my car and that is very helpful. I completely trust this repair shop for all my vehicle needs and you should too!
