West Houston Auto cares about explaining every detail about the needs for my car and that is very helpful. I completely trust this repair shop for all my vehicle needs and you should too! West Houston auto repair is the only place I’ll take my car to any more. I had a problem with shaking on corrugated highways that neither the dealership nor the first repair place I took the car to could explain, but they figured it out the first time they looked at it. Erik is always great about calling and updating me when my car is getting worked on so I’m not blindsided by anything.

Honest, fair pricing- much less than quoted at another shop , and fast. I appreciate that they listen to my concerns and although they’ll point out other issues they don’t push and understand working within a budget and having to prioritize which issues to address now and help to decide what can wait.
